How Do We Book With You?
You can reach out through my Inquiry page and share the type of session you’re interested in. From there, I’ll guide you through the process, answer any questions, and help you find a date + time that works best.
What is the experience like with you as my photographer/videographer?
My approach is calm, supportive, and intentional. I create space for you to feel comfortable and present, offering gentle direction when needed so your images feel natural, connected, and true to you.
Do You Travel and is there a fee?
I’m always drawn to new places and the stories that unfold within them. I’d love to document yours wherever it takes place.
Travel within 1 hour is included in all collections. Locations beyond this range are subject to a travel fee based on distance.
Destinations that exceed 2 hours of driving time each way may require overnight accommodations.
Do you offer preferred venue considerations?
Celebrations hosted at select venues may qualify for custom collection considerations or complimentary enhancements based on location and artistic alignment.
How and when will we receive our photos + videos?
Photo galleries, highlight videos, and extended films are delivered via a private Pixieset link where you can favorite, download, and share your final images and films.
I understand the anticipation of receiving your gallery and I am always excited to share the final work with you. My editing timeline is typically 2 to 4 weeks for sessions excluding weddings, depending on the scope and volume of work. Wedding galleries and films are delivered within 16 weeks of your date.
Each collection is carefully edited with intention and attention to detail to ensure a final gallery that reflects your story.
How many photos will we receive?
On average, you can expect 50 to 100 edited images per hour of coverage, depending on the flow and nature of the session.
Can collections be tailored to our day?
Every celebration is different, and collections can be thoughtfully tailored to best reflect your vision, coverage needs, and experience priorities.
What is the payment structure like?
I am fairly flexible with payment structure.
To secure your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required upon contract signature, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to your wedding.
For all other sessions, a 50% non-refundable retainer plus any applicable studio fee is due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your session date.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, ACH bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards.
Is There an Additional Fee to Book Our Wedding or Event on a Holiday?
Yes, I do charge an additional 20% for weddings on holidays to account for my and my team’s time, ensuring every event receives the full attention and care it deserves.
